As a Senior Java Developer at Paf, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward. You will lead the design and development of engaging user interfaces for our backend applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

Qualifications:

• Good experience with the base in Java

We think that you recognize yourself in most of the following points:

•  Spring Boot 
•  AWS
•  PostgreSQL
•  Kafka or other Message Queues
•  Micro Service Architecture
•  Continuous Integration

 Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance
  
•  Take initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, specialists, designers, and developers, to understand project objectives and deliver effective software solutions
•  Contribute to backend development tasks, including API integration and data management, to create end-to-end solutions
•  Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
•  Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable codebases
•  Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions to enhance software performance and reliability
•  Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative approaches to meet evolving business needs
