The Summer Trainee Program is located on Åland which means that traineeship will give you the perfect combo of archipelago life and working for an international company.

  • We offer Summer Traineeships (normally between May -September with:

    • Flexibility – Your start date and end date is flexible from May to September. For us flexibility is important so your studies are not affected
    • Fair compensation – You will get paid for your trainee experience at Paf

From trainee to employee

I first started at Paf as a summer trainee in 2021 and 2022 while studying computer science in Skövde, Sweden. It was a good deal for me, studying and getting professional experience at the same time. After compelting my studies, I was offered a full-time position at Paf .

Paf is a Nordic gaming company founded on Åland in 1966 to generate funds for the benefit of society. We were one of the very first gaming companies to go online in 1999. Many of our games are exclusive to Paf and developed by our in-house Games Studio. We are an award-winning industry leader in responsible gaming.
