We are now looking for a driven manager to lead our Integrations team, a critical part of our tech organization. This team, made up of 17 talented developers, manages the most demanding systems on our site, processing thousands of gaming transactions per second and handling essential integrations with vendors and games across all our platforms.

The role
As a manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting the team to reach their full potential as well as reaching the company goals. With your background in engineering and commitment to quality, you will foster a culture of learning, improvement, and supportive leadership in a collaborative environment. 

This includes:

• Regularly assess both technical and business needs
• Ensure and promote a learning culture and maintain an open, collaborative atmosphere within the organization.
• Develop personal growth plans for team members, setting both short- and long-term goals, with ongoing check-ins and annual performance reviews.
• Lead daily standups, monthly retrospectives, and wrap-ups and follow-ups.
• Recruit and onboard new developers to strengthen the team.
  

You will also be responsible for:

• Planning, coordinating, and driving projects to completion.
• Collaborating and aligning with other tech teams and departments at Paf.
• Working closely with our vendors to ensure seamless integration.
• Continuously building and enhancing the organization.
• Improving processes within the development team on an ongoing basis.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving development, continuously improving team dynamics, and maintaining high-quality standards. You should be comfortable taking significant responsibility for both your product and your team in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

• Several years of hands-on experience in backend engineering
• A deep understanding of the development process, with a focus on quality.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach to getting things done.
• A talent for developing and inspiring others, helping them to reach their full potential.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• The ability to quickly assess priorities and effectively delegate tasks.
