We are looking for a Spanish Customer Support Specialist to join our established team in Malta.
We are recruiting for a passionate individual who is willing to learn and is open to new challenges.
As a Customer Support Specialist at Paf, you’d be expected to handle contacts via phone, chat and email in Spanish. Typing and computer skills are important.
All internal communication is in English, therefore a good level of the English language is also expected.
Previous experience in online customer support is an advantage but not a must. We mostly value willingness to learn and the right service attitude.
