JOIN OUR INTERNAL IT

At Paf, our employees are our greatest asset. Our Internal IT team plays a vital role in enabling over 300 colleagues across multiple countries to do their best work. From hardware to collaboration tools, we ensure our people have the technology and support they need. We’re now looking for a skilled IT System Specialist to join our tight-knit team based in Mariehamn.

THE ROLE & TEAM

You’ll be part of a tightly knitted team working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. As an IT System Specialist you will take a hands-on role in improving and maintaining our internal systems and services. From everyday troubleshooting to automation and system development, you’ll help ensure Paf runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage software updates and optimize internal IT processes
• Implement and improve IT systems, with a focus on automation
• Troubleshoot and resolve both routine and complex issues
• Evaluate and enhance existing systems and infrastructure

YOUR PROFILE

You’re experienced, proactive, and have a profound understanding of how to create efficient, high-quality IT solutions. You are confident in your ability to implement meaningful improvements and have a strong drive to stay curious and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.

Seen to the technical elements of the role, you need: 

• Solid experience working with computers and operating systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Jamf for device management
• Experience with networking and Microsoft Azure

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with server management
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or AWS
• Skills in Jira, Confluence, and scripting languages like PowerShell
