Now, we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our Estonian Market, to join our Team in Riga.
The opportunity
Are you a service-minded team player with a passion for helping others?
Do you have excellent verbal and written skills in Estonian and enjoy providing top-class customer service?
If so, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support our players across Paf’s markets through chat and email. You’ll help them with questions, guide them through issues, and ensure they always receive a professional, friendly and helpful experience.
This is a role for someone who is eager to learn, open to new challenges and enjoys a fast-paced, international environment.
Your Profile
Fluent in Estonian (spoken and written)
Strong English skills for internal communication
Previous experience in online customer support is nice to have
Service-minded, patient and solution-oriented
Structured, reliable and willing to learn
Russian language skills are a plus, but not required
