JOIN OUR RESPONSIBLE GAMING TEAM
At Paf, we combine technical innovation with a purpose-driven mission: all our profits go to charitable causes, supporting the greater good of society. Founded on the Åland Islands in 1966, we’ve grown steadily while staying true to our commitment to responsible gaming and long-term sustainability.
Our Responsible Gaming team plays a key role in fulfilling this vision. You’ll join a highly experienced and skilled group where openness, collaboration, and every team member’s input are genuinely valued. We foster a strong team spirit and an open-minded atmosphere where technical curiosity and deep discussions are part of daily life.
THE ROLE
As a developer in the Responsible Gaming team, you’ll be involved in building and evolving systems that protect players and promote a safer gaming environment. You thrive in an environment where deep technical discussions and problem-solving are at the core of daily work. While collaboration is important, your main drive comes from exploring complex systems, writing high-quality code, and continuously deepening your technical expertise. You enjoy diving into the details, learning new technologies, and engaging with like-minded colleagues who share a passion for software development at a deep technical level.
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- A valid work permit.

- Kafka and PostgreSQL.
- AWS or other cloud platforms.
Bonus points if you bring:

- Independence and accountability.
- Deep technical knowledge gained through hands-on experience.
