We usually respond within a week
Paf stands out from other gaming companies in the market! Not just because of what we do, but why we do it. We were founded by the Red Cross, Save the Children, Public Health on Åland, and the foundation Dagens Barn, and our mission from day one has been to generate funds for the benefit of society.
We’re proud to be an award-winning industry leader in responsible gaming, raising the bar and setting new standards that put players first. All our profit goes to charity, and we strive for a long-term sustainable business that care about our employees, customers, and society at large.
Now, we’re looking for a new CRM Operations Specialist to join our CRM team. If you understand marketing well, and feel excited to dig into data, automation, and personalized communication - we want to hear from you!
THE TEAM
You’ll join a small and tight-knit team currently consisting of the manager and one Senior CRM Specialist. Once you’re on board, the three of you will work closely together - collaborating, sharing knowledge, and continually improving how we use CRM.
Transparency, communication, and attention to detail are key values for us. We work hard, we help each other, and we take initiative without waiting to be told what to do.
THE ROLE
You’ll work with marketing automation, segmentation, and customer communication, helping us deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time. Your work will span both operations and continuous improvement.
Tasks include:
- Operating and optimizing our communication plans.
- Building lifecycle campaigns and automated customer journeys.
- Writing short sales texts for our customer communications and managing translations.
- Supporting internal teams with CRM-related needs.
- Working with segmentation, analytics, and campaign performance data.
- Continuously finding new ways to improve targeting and personalization.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll use CRM and marketing automation tools to test, improve, and scale - with plenty of room to grow into a true expert.
YOUR PROFILE
You’re curious and genuinely interested in marketing and customer communication. You thrive working both independently and in a team - taking initiative when the opportunity arises and asking for help when needed.
We believe you bring:
- Hands-on experience building automated customer journeys, triggers, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Knowledge of segmentation and targeting using customer data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze performance metrics like CTR, churn, and engagement.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write concise marketing copy and manage translations and localized content.
Bonus if you also have:
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Optimove or similar).
- Familiarity with automated campaign flows, segmentation, and trigger-based communication.
- Experience with advanced segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and data-driven marketing.
- Awareness of current trends in email marketing, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience managing translations and localized content for multiple markets.
Our preference is for you to be based in Mariehamn, but we’re open to Stockholm, Tallinn, or Malta for the right person. A hybrid setup is expected, with some office presence required.
OUR OFFER
- A mission-driven company with stable, long-term growth.
- A small, experienced team where your voice matters.
- A culture that values openness, trust, and collaboration.
- A hybrid remote setup with support for your home office.
- Generous wellness benefits, occupational healthcare, and a focus on work-life balance.
- Minimal overtime; we care about sustainable performance, not short-term pressure.
