We’re now looking for a Content & Campaign Operations Specialist to join our Finnish marketing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the operational side of marketing, managing content publishing, campaign execution, SEO distribution, customer communications, and organic social media updates. You’ll work from our Helsinki office at Epicenter, collaborating closely with both local and central teams.
This is a key position that supports all verticals (sports, casino and live casino) and ensures our content and campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and with the right local tone.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and managing promotions in internal tools (bonus systems, CMS, campaign platforms)
Publishing and maintaining content across websites, blogs, landing pages and customer-facing areas
Coordinating and distributing SEO articles and long-form content
Creating and delivering customer communications via email, SMS and on-site messaging
Supporting and updating localised content for organic social media channels
Ensuring all content is correctly localised, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines
Supporting campaign preparation with assets, translations, testing and quality assurance
Collaborating with central CRM, Product and Marketing teams to align plans and execution
Reviewing live content and materials to ensure accuracy and performance
Providing support across product verticals when needed
Who we’re looking for:
You’re organised, thorough and confident working with multiple digital tools and systems
You have a strong sense of ownership and enjoy delivering clean, accurate work
You’re comfortable supporting organic social content and understand how different platforms work
You have a genuine passion for sports betting and a deep understanding of Finnish sports culture.
You're a native-level Finnish speaker with strong cultural intuition and can write clearly and professionally
You’re a collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
You can manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with calm and structure
Experience from iGaming (casino, betting, CRM, CMS, bonus tools etc.) is a bonus, not a requirement, what matters most is your curiosity, attitude, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
