THE TEAM

This role places you in the payment team, consisting of six highly experienced and skilled developers, where openness and everyone's contributions and opinions are valued.

You will participate in the entire development lifecycle of the payment platform, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance. You will leverage your Java expertise to influence architectural decisions and understand their long-term implications.

Additionally, you will collaborate on developing a robust, secure, and scalable payment platform, focusing exclusively on backend development.

YOUR PROFILE
You thrive in an environment where deep technical discussions and problem-solving are at the core of daily work. While collaboration is important, your main drive comes from exploring complex systems, writing high-quality code, and continuously deepening your technical expertise. You enjoy diving into the details, learning new technologies, and engaging with like-minded colleagues who share a passion for software development at a deep technical level.

Seen to the technical aspects, you have at least 2 years of experience as a Java developer with working experience from:

• Modern Java and Spring Boot.
• Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• AWS or other cloud platforms.
  

Additional skills that make you stand out from the crowd:

• Knowledge of Open Banking and PSD2 regulations, reflecting an understanding of the latest standards in financial technology.
• Prior experience in the payment processing domain.

Formal education and diplomas are not our main priority, a lot can be compensated with:

INFORMATION

Start Date: As soon as possible, subject to notice period requirements.

Duration: Full-time/Permanent with a six-month probation period.

Remote work/location: Requirement of being in the office for a few days per week.
